All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. In such cases, customers will be contacted immediately.

3. Pricing

Product prices are displayed clearly on the website. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We always work to keep prices fair and shipping costs as low as possible.

4. Payment Methods

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as InstaPay and mobile wallet payments. Available payment options will be shown during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

. Cairo & Giza: 24-48 Hours

. Alexandria: 24-48 Hours

. Any Other Governorate: 24-72 Hours

These timelines represent the maximum expected delivery time. Orders may arrive sooner, and we continuously work to improve delivery speed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of shoe care products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos provided.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
